Important Announcement: Office Closure March 31, 2024

It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing Premier Heart & Vein Care will be closing its office doors permanently on March 31, 2024. Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting new patients or referrals. There will be limited office availability during the next three weeks. Telemedicine will remain an option to address any questions or concerns as well during March and on a limited basis during April.

I am committed to ensuring that our current patients continue to receive the high-quality care they expect and deserve over the next few weeks.

To my patients, I want to thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healthcare journey since 2008 in San Luis Obispo. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you. I wish you continued health and happiness in the future.

Payments: All payments due can be completed by visiting our online bill pay on the patient portal. Click here.

Patient Medical Records: Requests are best done through the patient portal and sent electronically.

Prescription Refills: These need to be done electronically from your pharmacy.

Patient Referrals: Widespread delays with patient scheduling and physician insurance panel limitations preclude this. The doctor-patient relationship is a unique two-way partnership. Specifically for vein patients, the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine has a “find a doc” link, along with The American Venous and Lymphatic Society. For Concierge Choice patients, they may click here. There are no hybrid concierge physicians in the region except myself. The American Board of Internal Medicine and the American College of Cardiology do not provide those links for patients.
